According to SimilarWeb, the ChatGPT website hit over 100 million visits just two days after the GPT-4o launch. That’s like everyone in Canada and the UK combined dropping by to say hi! And it’s not stopping there—traffic data from the first 17 days of May show it’s on track to crush its previous peak of 1.8 billion visits back in May 2023, aiming for a whopping 2.3 billion visits this month.
Just going by the numbers, ChatGPT is getting
OpenAI’s CTO, Mira Murati, shared that GPT-4o offers the same smarts as GPT-4 but is faster and enhances abilities across text, vision, and audio. “This is really shifting the paradigm into the future of collaboration, where this interaction becomes much more natural and far, far easier,” said Murati.
