Google has been working constantly over the past year to make browsing and accessing tabs easy. It can be aggravating to navigate through numerous open tabs in order to locate the necessary information.
Google has introduced three new features to facilitate navigation through multiple tabs that are loaded at the same time and help the users find what they are searching for. These updates will improve the user experience and simplify the management of tabs on tablets, phones, and computers.
Chrome is currently testing the idea of suggesting web pages to revisit based on the tabs you’ve opened on your other gadgets. When you’re browsing a website at work and need to get back to it on the way home, this can be helpful.
H2- Group tabs all together and name them on your iPhone or iPad
As of now, tab groups were limited to only Android devices; but this feature will soon be available in iOS version of Chrome. You’ll be able to group similar tabs and give them a personalized name and color to easily identify them from your iPhone or iPad. To begin, open the tab list, press a tab for a long time and choose “Add Tab to New Group.”
Once the tabs have been grouped, it will then be possible to arrange them in any desired arrangement.
Soon, in Chrome, you can save and share your tab groups so they are available on all your computers and phones. You can start a project in one spot and finish it in another without compromising your progress.
Let’s say that you are researching for a project and are going through multiple articles and reports all at the same time. One comes to the realization that a larger display is necessary for conducting comprehensive research. Hence, the creation of a tab group will help to ensure the organization of all information. You can easily resume your research later on, as the tab group automatically syncs to all your devices.
