Grand Theft Auto 6 received the “Most Wanted Game” award by the public vote at the Golden Joystick Awards 2024.
It’s been 11 months since Rockstar Games released the GTA 6 Trailer 1 and confirms that Grand Theft Auto 6 is on the way to release in 2025. GTA 6 fans and players are enthusiastic about the launch of GTA 6 after one of the developers said, “More to come.”
Surprisingly, GTA 6 took home the award of “Most Wanted Game” title before its official release. While receiving the award, Rocker Games’ developer thanked GTA 6 fans, “Thank you so much for this incredible award…also a massive thank you to all the fans, obviously, without their support…you know… they are the most important thing for us.”
He continued, “There’s an incredible amount of people doing amazing things on Grand Theft Auto 6, absolutely mind-blowing things.”
Alongside, he left players in suspense by saying, “More to come, thank you.”
However, Grand Theft Auto 6 is not the only game title that received the award at the Golden Joystick Awards night. Black Myth: Wukong won the two awards of the “Best Visual Design and Ultimate Game of the Year”, and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth was the winner of the “Best Storytelling” award. Additionally, the “Best Multiplayer Game” award was received by Helldivers 2, and Satisfactory collected the “PC Game of the Year”.
GTA 5 was released in 2013 and still exists as one of the best-selling games in history. It is expected that GTA 6 Trailer 2 is going to be released soon to unveil amazing things and features about whom developers talk about.
