A leaked smartphone cover indicates the Apple new iPhone SE 4 design and estimated that the latest SE model lacks the Action button.

However, a tipster Sonny Dickson shared an image on X, claiming that this is the new cover design of the iPhone SE 4. It is also rumored that Apple will launch its iPhone SE 4 in the lunar new year 2025.

Eventually, a leaked photo of the phone case portrays that the upcoming iPhone SE 4 has a similar design to the iPhone 14 models. While zooming into the picture a cutout shows on the side and above the volume button which represents the physical silent/mute switch instead of the Action button.

Tim Hardwick posted on MacRumors about the leaked image of the phone case:

“It’s possible that the case manufacturer has left a cutout simply because they don’t know if the button will be present or not. But given that Apple suppliers are expected to begin ramping up mass production of the device this month, it could be that Apple has chosen not to add an Action button, despite the fact that all iPhone 16 models inherited the button from 2023’s iPhone 15 Pro models.”

The latest iPhone SE 4 is rumored to feature Face ID instead of Touch ID, a 6.06-inch display, OLED display technology instead of LCD, a USB-C port, a single 48-megapixel rear camera, and a 5G modem. Moreover, the cutout size for the iPhone SE 4 symbolizes that Apple will introduce two cameras in the latest SE series.

Apple hasn’t announced any legitimate statement regarding the iPhone SE 4 and its release. Accordingly, Apple released all the past models of the iPhone SE series in March.
